Last night's effort was a gentle 5.8 miles in the wind and rain.
I need to double check my Fetch log for Feb as the total milage is different from my own.

B.B.
This morning's run was thoroughly enjoyable. I forgot the iPod, but it was sunny and it was a short slow(ish) run. Lovely

Ultra Kazzaaaaah!!
Fab and glorious in equal measures! God how easy is it to run on a track? What have I been missing out on? Warm-up mile (way too fast cos it felt so easy), 8 x 100m fast, mile cool-down. Had the whole track to myself which, whilst a little weird, was brill. Seriously nice facilities, shame it's not a wee bit closer to home.

Glad you liked it Kaz, I missed my track session this week. How far away is it my nearest track is only 3 miles away.
As for me I ran a gentle 4.5 miles with 6 times 20 seconds fast relaxed strides thrown in along the way.

Ultra Kazzaaaaah!!
Closest track is about 4 miles away but that's club use only and apparently isn't a fantastic track. Chelmsford (40 mins drive away) has superb facilities and it only cost £3.20. Was worth the trip tho.

I've run on the track at Chelmsford, before and after the all weather surface and I think it has been done up even more in over the past few years since I last ran there. 30p cheaper than ours too.
