Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

How was your run today?

the winds all down here SB! I was almost running backwards.
For anyone in the Sudbury area, i found a lovely route today, the stour valley trail, from long melford and goes back to sudbury, i got 2 and a bit miles along it and it was still going, dead flat and no cars, really nice.

Fandabulous!!!! A bit windy but a great run, schedule was x1m jog x3m / 25 mins x1 m jog

I did x1 jog x3 / 23.59 x1.29 jog [yes I am a bit precise!] the subset was beautiful!

Thanks Santababy for convincing me I should still do my run :)

Bliddy awful. Too windy to get into a rhythm. Also, I'd eaten chilli for lunch and even though my run was 2 hours later I was still doing "chilli burps" all the way round. Every step was tough today. :-(
