Of course my first 'effort' was into a head wind so pretty slow compared to how much effort was put in; second one on the way back..... no wind. Thanks then. However, 2nd effort was 25 secs/mile faster than 10k pace, only for half a mile but still quite chuffed. really hope wind drops for sunday...
