I thought it had died down here until I stepped out of our block of flats this morning.

Ultra Kazzaaaaah!!
Another windy one and another where tail winds were conspicuous by their absence! That said it was by far the most enjoyable run since last week. Hopefully that'll start to dispel the doubts in my mind. Anyway it's too late to make too many changes to my training now - I've either got it right or I haven't.

Tailwinds never make up for headwinds anyway, basic physics makes sure of that

A carp hill session at lunchtime......my hill partner tweaked a muscle 2/3 of the way thru, so we just jogged back to work.
Probably gonna got out for a few miles tonight to make up for todays session.......maybe even a hill or two

My lunch time run is a "replacement" for tonight's usual track session and was a 6 miler with 10 times 60 seconds hard 30 seconds easy followed by 5 times 30 seconds hard 30 seconds easy thrown in. Could have done without the wind.

Sunny, windy.
Legs stiff after battling yesterday's gales.
