Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Same long route as yesterday for a back to back (25.3) with a sharp hill at the turnaround ( Rivington Pike). A little harder with tired legs today and some challenging wind with horizontal hail . A bit annoyed with myself at messing up with new watch trying out the route guidance and didn’t record the run😳 But, I’ve since worked out how to make it do both so a lesson learned 😁

Nice Dunc, impressive!

Sorry about your ATF (activity tracker failure) that always sucks.

Slow and easy for me today, trying to get some grips of my left foot nerve pain. And this was my second run with just minor discomfort first minute or so, then my foot felt at ease apparently, and I could do a 10k, with no pain or discomfort at all. Feels good.

Started off up the hill and struggled. Relaxed, enjoyed the scenery on the way back and finished strongly.
Maybe I'll stay on the lower slopes for the next run.

Just a short 2 miles this morning as time was against me.

Day off tomorrow so hope for a longer run.

Just catching up. Some monster miles and some sensibly chosen distances to reflect *how* the runner felt at the time. :)

Last night, almost jibbed: at 9pm, the NW wind was 36mph, gusting to 48mph. With a frequent side order of squally rain, this made for a very contrasting run. Docks barrier prevented any more progress 'with' the wind, so, loins girded, I tacked steadily and deliberately up the beach, then the prom...which was no easier! :-o 1 hour.

Just over 5 miles done before breakfast. Didn't feel I had it in me for any more but hey I rather have the comfortable 5.

Hope it settles soon riggys.
I have very bad stomach issues so you have my sympathy.

I hope you sort it out riggys.
It’s a run Lip gloss, that’s what’s matter!

Easy run today with a lovely evening sky. Foot still fine. Felt really nice.
