Nice running people! Today I took it really slow and short. Whole family down with a cold and fever and so on. I’m not so far, knock on wood..

Stay bug free, folks, if you can!
The grumbling knee decided to go on holiday during last night's 61-minute effort. The rain takes some time to gather at low points on the coastal park and shoe loss was a hazard that I thankfully avoided. Tide out, firm sand - and maybe setting out an hour earlier than usual played some part in making this a more cheerful run.

A little stiff and contrived at first but loosened up though still sore from yesterdays long run. Saw just one man and his dog

Well done all and hopefully those with injuries and niggles can shake them off.
Slightly later than lunch 5k for me today. Steady for the first mile but got faster each mile.

Good 8k in the mizzle. Even managed a negative split. No thanks from the pedestrian who forced me to go onto the verge which was full of slippy mud and almost made me fall over.
Not many more weeks until it will be light enough after work to get away from the pavements under streetlights.

First club run of the year and first from the new start point. Routes didn't seem so well lit but maybe that was just a lack of familiarity. Also a couple of us weren't made aware of back of muster so went further than needed and then took some effort to find and catch the pack.
Great running all!

Well run everyone Today I did a run 😁 3.36 miles no problems with back or legs apart from a few aches you’d expect after a lay off. Did my back exercises just before setting out for the run. Hamstring exercises done before bed
Pleased with how the day has gone and no problems with the back/leg this evening following the run
