Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

15 very easy mins on exercise bike got the pulse up a bit more than off lately. Made sure I wasn’t crunched over or over-stretching my knees. Enjoyed it. Followed it up with 2 sets of core routine. Just back exercises to do later

Back to work today and back to a lunchtime 5K. Was a nice enough day for it even in the cold

Nice 7k. I was doing well until I remembered that I had a flu jab yesterday and why wasn't I feeling a bit off?
Also one of those runs where you want to stay outside at the end to cool off rather than enter a warm stuffy house..

Stick with your steady rehab work, riggsy - you'll soon be ready to run again. :)

Ye, a cold day in Crosby and a colder evening: just above freezing when I ran 61 min. but the temp. had lifted by 11pm. Trails, lakes and docks boundary, and flat, firm going up the beach. By the Marina, my head torch caught the yellow gleam of the eyes of a fox, looking for 'rabbit pie'!

We have a bank holiday today where I’m at, so i took the opportunity to go for a nice trail run. Well mostly snowy gravel roads.
Also accidentally took a wrong turn and it became a little longer than a HM. :)

Riggys, what are you doing for back exercises? I feel this may be muscular as you back is so again today but I’m not feeling so breathless

It was a beautiful blue, still day today at about -4C. Had a trail run of about 12 km. Ice on a nearby lake seemed quite thick, probably enough to skate on. You should be able to see a picture on my route http://www.fetcheveryone.com/route-1833921.

Hello LipGloss
My initial exercises gateway.physiotoolsonline.com
Then the bottom of the two on the pic (top one already been done) after face to face consultation. This was through a NHS physio not a sports physio
