Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Well, good to read that folk are getting out on road, trail, path - and snow, regardless of weather :)

9.30 last night, 61 min. along the coast to the coastguard station buildings, enjoying firm sand devoid of the pebbles and stones carried down the beach. Trailed it down Burbo Bank and past a deserted leisure centre but found the prom covered with sand blown in on the recent winds, so defaulted to the beach.

Parkrun at Stirling uni this morning. Managed to avoid heavy rain that was on before and back on now. Path quite wet and muddy in places but enjoyed splashing through it all :)

Parkrun along the seafront this morning, wet and very windy (felt almost gale force!), I was a minute and a half slower than the same course last week.
Still pleased I did it

Almost blizzard like weather for me today.
But not that cold, just around zero.
Nice 10k on an easy trail.

Parkrun at Exmouth. I was expecting the weather to be a lot worse, in the end it was light rain and wind, so as a consequence I was overdressed and found it tough.
Didn't mind too much though, always nice to be out and started the day nicely.

Similar to yesterday, around 0C, compacted snow, not quite warm enough to make it seriously slushy, but not cold enough to make it bumpy and crunchy either, so got away without soaking wet feet. 13.5 km trails πŸ‘πŸ»

12 miles, point to point because I cadged a lift and ran home from a random place, BEAUTIFUL weather which is slightly unfortunate because I'd dressed for blizzards.
