It was reminiscent of lockdown and I felt in command of all that surrounded me , just a lone milkman broke the silence. Feeling better with chest and natural pace has gone up for less effort despite only 4 hours sleep and I’ve not had power nap even now !

Tried out Salewa ankle gaiters to keep the new snow out of my spiked shoes, since it was too soon for most places to have been ploughed. Had to give a push to a guy towing a trailer if wood with a 2WD small van. Winter tyres are not like a magic power.

Plan to do back exercises this evening with same again for press-ups
