Happens to me sometimes anthony - usually a combo of dehydration and calorie deficit. Get some water and a big cake down yer neck!

Another shortish run today, only 4.4 miles, but quite quick. Very cloudy and windy - give me the hot sunshine any day - I just wanted to get this run finished as quickly as possible. Still, I suppose some people like it this way. Hopefully, there'll be more hot weather in August.

Just been on my second run of the day (7.3 miles). Very wet but enjoyed it despite it being a good 15 degrees colder at least...

I'll beat your shortish run! 3 very wet miles & I felt every bit of it. Was V tired due to too much French wine & Lost last night but was determined to do my riverbank run. Hardly ran at all during hols so feeling very unfit but MUST get my times & distances up to some sort of decent level. Feeling much better for it now, of course

Looks like the hot weather should return on Sunday afternoon (in Bracknell at least, if the long range forecast on metcheck is correct - which it wasn't last weekend).
That would be typical as I am working on Sunday afternoon and will have to do my 16 miler early on Sunday morning.
