Nice 10k race in the icy sunshine. Terrible time, though. Not to worry - at least I enjoyed it.

My planned six miles got ditched as I just did two and a half then dashed off to collect mr L10 after his long run of twenty something miles along Peddar's Way, which finished close to mcdonalds, which meant a bad choice for lunch. But it was a great day for a run, and the runners we met (hello milemuncher) had a great day for it.

Hohum
A bit frustrating, there is a really slippery descent on this route which is a real pain to go down, really slow. Then a huge pack of unfriendly dogs were walking towards us and one had a go at my dog, so we went a different route, couldn't really get going though, a bit pissed off really. weather pretty horrendous, rain and wind.
