Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

A nice run out with the dog, mostly wet and slippery, a bit of rain, possibly the strongest wind I've ever run in. Went on the top early on, but decided not to stay low after that. very wet and muddy on some parts. Still slow tho.

A gentle trot mainly along tracks away from the main roads. A bit blustery but there was some blue sky :-)

Interesting, extremely hilly, lots of struggling climbs, with streams flowing down the paths, lots of take care descents due to extra slippery, extra muddy, extra (hidden) rocky bits. dog enjoyed it. A very tough 10k in less than perfect conditions.

6x 1km each in 5'19" with 75' static/stretching recovery, on the track, at sunrise- seemed quite easy tbh... I'm sure the last LT run I did was tough?
