Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

A slow two and a little bit miles, testing out my knee (it worked fine) with my son who doesn't run much, and my dog, who likes to run loads. Son enjoyed himself & talked a bit.

Woop! Sneaked in a relaxed 7.5k (or thereabouts - mapmyrun quit on me for some reason near the end and lost the whole thing) before picking up the kids. Last run in Moray; will miss it and not looking forward to 5 months (count'em) of snow when I get back to Iceland in Jan.

Knee was very almost fine; plantar fasciitis still dodgy but tingles more after than during. I've no idea if that is a good thing or not.

Windy and wet 10 miles starting in the dark this morning. I'm old and too heavy and too slow and I need to get back out there more to do runs like this one because I loved every step.:-)

Totally and utter shite. :(

Hadn't run since Tuesday morning but legs totally dead.

Really struggled. Overtaken by the 22:30 pacer so that's a good indication of the rubbish time.

Tried my hardest but it just didn't happen today.

First parkrun. Not a great time, but really enjoyed it. Have heavy legs and am tired, but still a good run.
