Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Felt bad having not had time to run since Saturday, so did 5 miles on the treadmill then played some 6-a-side football, then a further 5 miles, followed by a 3 mile run home - a half marathon with football in the middle! Great feeling!

Windy up Crosby beach too! 8.5 miles around coastal park & Marina, with a speedier stretch up the beach pursued by the south-westerly! Dodged back into Crosby to hide from the gusts.

5.26 miles in 47 mins, felt really good. First run outdoors for several months, now feel like aiming to do Colchester half next March is a realistic target :)

Great! Ran a 10k race with expectations of 56 minutes and finished in 54:18. Chuffed with that. Course best and getting close to my pb time again. :-)
