Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

How was your run today?

Odoriferous. Which was nice when it was gorse and the back of the Asda bakery, but less nice when it was dog shit and motorbike fart.

Lovely! Ran 2.5 miles with my 9 year old, then another 3 miles with Husbando. 9 year old and I chat away about the day, then bit of a smack down with Husbando as we are both a bit competitive!

Nice one mad :-)

Did a (slightly muggy and humid) 5 and a bit miles, pretty solid 8:30-ish pace with a nice (once it had finished) lung-bursting effort up the hill to home :-)

I've just done a v long run for me 16k round the fjörd. It is glorious here and since I just finished a big project for work, I'm on the skive. I'm hoping to attempt a half marathon next Saturday so no more long runs till the (actually 16k is the furthest I've ever gone!).

It was all, indeed, wonderful, til an Arctic tern, presumably nesting, tried to have my head off. Divebombing seabirds are scary. Do not laugh. (My mum's neighbour had to get stitches after a seagull attack.)
