Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Gorgeous 9odd miles this evening. Sunny, pretty, felt good. Was only supposed to be a 7or8 mile run, but I didn't want it to end!

My run felt great, 5 miles 'easy' turned out to be 8:31 minute/mile (average) pace. Happy days. :-)

Sixth day of streak - a personal best. Treddie hillwork session. You know that feeling when you drop incline back down to 0.5% and it feels like you're flying downhill? Bloody love that feeling. :-)

First few miles were absolute purgatory, first mile and a half was reminding (training) the dog about 'stay' 'heel' "STAY!!!" "HEEL" ffs I got there in the end, it's not the dogs fault it's mine for not keeping up with training her. Then hills, started really cold, but as we got higher, the sun came out, hot, hot, hot. Slow, slow, slow. Then eventually we get to a decent descent, thank F for that.
