Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Not bad. Hills session at 6am but, after that, it got better. It was actually light, which is nice.

over the fields, quite cracking as the sunshine came through. with the hound, who was exceptionally well behaved, off the lead, through the middle of a flock of sheep. Crossed the very shallow river a couple of times to see the other side (like the chicken). Just a really cracking run. Then took the slightly muddy dog to the vets :-)

Painful! 3.2m recovery run after 8.4m tempo/interval session last night. Legs hadn't properly recovered and now they ache even worse. day off tomorrow I think....

Lovely 6.5 miler along the Thames. Saw BoJO on his bike (not wearing a helmet may I add). Legs seem to have recovered from Sunday's half which has to be a good thing

Got home from work in time to have my first evening run in Sutton Park of this year which was lovely. All of the runners out there were smiling at each other today. Sadly I had a crippling ballon of wind under my rib age from the time I set out, which spoilt the moment slightly

OK. Trot round the village. Meh.
Gone very gloomy again, though, hasn't it?
