Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Today's run was mostly a recce. In hill fog on Welsh mountains which normally have stunning views. Easy route finding generally. tough going in general, got really tired towards the end. Dog is now fast asleep.

Last night I did a 10 with 4 miles at marathon pace (actually marathon effort as it wasn't flat and the pace varied). It felt pretty good, actually, despite the pouring rain.

Slightly wet & windy 5km at a steady pace - set a new PB for that particular training loop :)

Better than the last time on the Welsh hills. But there was still hill fog, but the nav was really quite easy. ground was quiet treacherous, if it's muddy next time I'll use newer fell shoes. Pace was really slow, worrying so. Dog was mostly good, but did have a look at one sheep. Pleased I got out :-)

Enjoyed the 20 miles this morning, I was in the flow and it went well, some difficult hills and undulating bits but great and glad it is done, now taper mode now :-)
