Good last run of the year.

4 miles @ 7:00 pace (a good run - felt quite easy on a route which I usually find quite tough.. so all in all very happy!)

Got 30 hrs now until track session tomorrow! :D

amazingly i liked it even though it was drizzly and VERY windy. A nice challenge. :-)

Really loved it - just over 5 miles in persistent rain with very strong winds, one of my favourite running conditions. It was quicker than lately and i got progressively faster throughout. It's been a good finish to a very poor running year for me. Next run is 10k tomorrow

Didn't get out today but yesterdays was lovely. 12 miles in the Bedfordshire countryside. Blue sky, low sun, friendly cyclists but came across a group of really grumpy runners who replied to my Morning! With scowls. Still, not even that could ruin such a lovely run. Great one to end 2012 on!

Fantastic. 6.6 miles. 54th in the training league at the moment!

Couldn't work out why my watch exercise summary was saying I had run 01:01:13 but the detail said i had run for 01:01:57. It took a while before I realised that the first number was the date!
