Wet, not too windy, flattish. 10 miles 75 mins, quickest 10 miler I've ran for years. Legs have gone bonkers but I'm very pleased. Didn't mind the rain as it wasn't cold.

Lovely 3 mile in the hot sun. Not looking forward to returning to the UKs cold and wet after two weeks of hot weather running.

5 miles around Draycote Water. Ended up soaking wet but didn't get covered in mud which was a win!

8 miles - Again not good.
My cough still hasn't cleared up...
But I just about managed the 8 which was proposed and I did it at a pace which I usually do my runs at anyway..
I don't like the route anyway - so I don't really know why I chose that one!

Better than the last one as in I didn't get wet! The wind made it hard tho and I stupidly ran a 9 mile loop that incorperated a massive hill.

Very muddy (& slow) 10 miles.
Quite a strong wind, which meant that I rounded the corner of a field when running into the wind and startled a fallow deer.
