8 miles at a smidge better than my planned marathon pace. At this stage of The Plan I'm pretty pleased with how that felt.

great nells - brighton getting closer (a bit too quickly for me!!) and then u have london eeeeeeeeeeek!!
- i did 9 miles - don't know how my pace equates to what my marathon should be - but am sure i will work it all out - sooner rather than later i hope!!

Colette, the VLM in my race portfolio is 2016. It the long-term plan to qualify for 2016 on the GFA times. It's on there to keep me (and a few other nutters who are going for it as well) honest.

5.1 miles : 7:00 pace
I didn't enjoy this one quite so much (a little too quick - my breathing slightly heavy).
Still a nice route - and I have a track session tomorrow (first session in a week) - hopefully I will recover in time from today and hammer it.

it was good - but accidently yanked my earphones out at 5 miles and ipod ended my session - so stropped and walked home - but was pleased with time anyway

7 and a bit, I hate running in the dark, on the bypass, when it's damp, not the worst run even though.
