Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

8 miles at a smidge better than my planned marathon pace. At this stage of The Plan I'm pretty pleased with how that felt.

Colette, the VLM in my race portfolio is 2016. It the long-term plan to qualify for 2016 on the GFA times. It's on there to keep me (and a few other nutters who are going for it as well) honest.

5.1 miles : 7:00 pace

I didn't enjoy this one quite so much (a little too quick - my breathing slightly heavy).

Still a nice route - and I have a track session tomorrow (first session in a week) - hopefully I will recover in time from today and hammer it.

it was good - but accidently yanked my earphones out at 5 miles and ipod ended my session - so stropped and walked home - but was pleased with time anyway :)

7 and a bit, I hate running in the dark, on the bypass, when it's damp, not the worst run even though.
