Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Bridleways like streams, very strong winds, horses that wouldn't trot past a scary sweaty runner, steep hills, slippy cobbles, super 8 and a bit miles.

Portsmouth trail marathon - ankle deep mud, ankle deep puddles, pebble beaches, seaweed, sticky craggy clay. Hard work, but I really enjoyed it :)

4.1 miles @ 6:50 pace

Felt slightly better and stronger than yesterday and Saturday's runs.

Maybe a few indications that my cold is beginning to clear?

The rest of my week:

25/12/12 - Grass - 6x 800m

26/12/12 - Steady 7 miles
27/12/12 - Easy 6 miles

Happy Christmas all at fetch.

6 miles. slower than the 8 I did the other day as I went onto trails instead of sticking to the bridleways, turned round and retraced my steps as visibility was so poor up on the moors. Very wet, very muddy, great fun though.
