Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Brilliant 7 miler!

7:06 pace - and really enjoyed the run.. the isolation from everything at the moment and feeling the cool air on my face.. just brilliant.

Long run tomorrow - looking forward to it.

had a great great run today - was going for 5 - then just wanted to keep going - then decided may as well swap my long run as rain is predicted for the weekend - and went on to do 11 miles - the longest run i have ever done! I felt i could keep going -but decided to be sensible -

:)

Day off today so I swapped the planned 8 for the weekend 16 to spare some time with the family at the weekend. Cold but well worth the effort. Very pleasant and 2 and a half hours of audiobook listened to.

Oh nice one, Colette. I'd missed what you'd posted but 11 is a bloody long way, especially when you set out to do 5. Well done.

8 miles @ 7:25 pace - had to do my long run today because I am out all day in Essex seeing family tomorrow.

Well.. had to fit it in from coming back from school - wasn't looking forward to it with the rain and the strong winds and the darkness, but once I found a rhythm, it was a lovely run.

Glad to be back - got dark by 16:50, and the last 2 miles were quite dangerous..
