Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

6 and a bit, it was cold and slightly slippery, medium paced and the thought of the minced-meat pasty I made from the batch of minced pie remnants kept me going. Not many cars, walkers and no runners about.

Running in the dark is a lot less enjoyable than running in daylight hours.

pretty much ran a mile around the block and then kicked it back under the bed!! - the air was so cold i was struggling even after using inhaler before i set off!!

But tomorrow has a slightly better outlook - a few degrees warmer which may make a differrence as i really would like to do a medium or long run soon and not have to give in and rejoin the gym!!!

6.75 @ 7:46 pace - first mile was 8:45 and all other miles were faster than the average pace.

Pace wasn't the concern though today - it was all about the endurance building - and quite enjoyed the talkative, relaxed aspect of the run.
