Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

On a fepping treadmill, late back from work so I missed club intervals. And then found out where they were - mmmm nice industrial estate with resident "travellers". Think I got the best option!

A jolly 12 or so miles around the delightful housing estates of rainy Bristol.

Commute to work in the rain. Not bad. Heart rate raised by Idiot roadkill on wheels cyclist with no lights, no reflectors on a dark bike in dark clothes - utter muppet. Some poor car will wipe him out and frankly he is a nominee for the Darwin Awards

Unintentional. I went out for a walk and ended up jogging most of it, completely in civvies apart from my hi-viz gloves.

Very pleasant. Planned easy 6 round the village - and no rain, for a change.

Last night - club run on the Longmynd, water, water, everywhere, all tracks were streams, streams had become rivers, puddles had become lakes, we did have to wade across a quite deep stream (ashes hollow), much fun was had, despite cold and wet. Cracking :-)

Lovely. 6 mile detour into work. Got some lovely comments from bystanders, which is unusual!

6.5 miles @ 7:06 pace

Boring route - felt fine until mile 5 - last half mile was good though!

Not bad.
