Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Also out on a trail. We found a path which had been devastated by streams of water and tried to free up a walkers' access gate but there was too much mud and too many stones backed up behind it. 9 wet and muddy miles.

Warm and relaxing. May even have slipped into the famous "zone" for a while.

11 miles down the Cambridge guided bus route which is dead flat, and normally boring as hell. This time it was sunny, I got into my groove, and I was flying along. Helped that I've been plagued by injury for the past few weeks so it was great to be doing a decent run.

For the first time since I started training again my calves didn't tighten up and my foot didn't ache. Things are on the mend :) I actually managed 15 mins gentle jog. With hills though.

6 x 150ft hill reps in knee deep (slight exaggeration but not much) cow muck with headtorches. Excellent session :-)
