I bet the person that beat you and came third eats meat and drinks too. What a horrible person they must be.

Unanticipated 5k this morning. Finally blew the post-VLM blues away with a pleasing 21:10-ish. No timing because it was a fun run and I forgot how to stop my watch. I reckon I was a couple of seconds behind a club mate who can operate a Garmin and stopped his in 21:08. I'm happy with that.

Nice 5-miler on trails and a few bits of grass. Left when the sun was out, returned in pissing down rain. Really pleased with my X-Talons which got me up the muddy banks with no slippage.

Great run around Bath this morning. What a difference when the roads and streets are empty! (yes it was....very early)

Todays run was mostly quite tough going. A place to pllace route recce, not a long distance, but wierd weather - good to start, then fog on the top, then quite a decent cold wind, then bright sunshine. The last mile was quite a struggle even though it was flat.
