Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Went out around an hour ago for 6 miles and it half killed me. Strong winds from the south/west + some gusting and the sweat was pouring off me. Considering it's not exessively warm, feels a lot warmer than it has been over the last few months.
One other male runner out with his top off.

A stupidly humid 5 mile, not used to this! Exactly the same route as Monday but 2 mins slower....... I've done nearly all my running in the cold. I'm starting to question how sensible it was to book my 1st half marathon in early July when it could be hot :$

Todays run was over the local hill comparatively early in the morning before the rest of the house was properly awake. No one about for the first four miles then loads of people walking little dogs (scotties, etc) but not together, then no one again until home. A really clear day, with cracking views all round the local hills :-)

Ran the 25 bus at Cambridge parkrun. I had only had one exhausted passenger by the end. By 'eck, she worked hard for her PB.
