Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Cracking evening run over fields and round the hill, a little bit faster than usual, good footing on the frozen fields. Open gates made it easier as I didn't have to climb over many. Mint.

Hour and a bit headtorcher with my best mate Dave the Gaffer. Hoar frost everywhere and a crystal clear sky made for a highly memorable run out :-)

Oh, truely fantastic. My mate gave me a lift to Knighton and I ran back to Clun along Offa's Dyke Path. -4 to start, getting hot on the top. Views amazing from the high ground. Ground quite hard and good for the climbs, but a bit awkward going down. One lane thawed out too well, & not quite ankle deep mud. Slow pace (quite hard going on the climbs.) No one abour apart from a shepard rounding up sheep with his dogs. I think I might be on the mend :-) :-) :-)

A cold interval session. 7*1/2miles with 1/4mile recoveries. Pretty pleased - was up as fast as 7m per mile occasionally. Happy with that.

Great 7 mile tempo run in a very cold and damp Gothenburg, finished with ice crystals on my beanie.
