Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

How was your run today?

Not brill. Ludlow Buttermarket to Craven Arms Station mostly cross country. Steady pace to begin with on reasonable tracks and footpaths. Then waymarkers started to go missing so I relied quite heavily on the map. Then some paths were just shite. Then across a few fields of newly sown crop, oh, the fecking mud, FFS I must have had about a kilo of mud stuck to the bottom of each fecking shoe. finished up doing the last mile along the road. GRrrrrrrrrrrrr.

January. 6am. Hill work. It's raining. Still 2kg over target weight and slower than ever. Does it get any better than this? I certainly hope so!

Last night - bloody awful. 1.5 miles in I turned my ankle on a curb and I've completely fucked it. Ended up ringing Mr W in tears so that he could come and pick me up. My next marathon is on 19th february :(

Get it RICE'd Mrs W. Hope it gets better soon.

5.3 miles last night for me, longest run of the year. Was pleasant out for a change, not as cold as it's been.
