Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Had planned on running a ( warm up lap ) of the " Not the Roman IX " as we live nearby, then the actual race itself

but Mrs Mick spent last evening in hospital and didnt arrive home until late and i had the most horrendous night - so i decided not to run

Fun on the Tunbridge Wells HM course, beautiful views and a great hill to enjoy.

I like your style DT, I might adjust my course next week so I can get some cake on the way round

A very steady trail run, which brought my mood into line, nice. keepiing HR low most of the time. Quite muddy in places. Very relaxed, even descendingthe last few miles as it started to get dark.

Super run this morning, down Southampton Row, along the Embankment, over Albert bridge and back through Battersea Park to just north of Russell Square - super weather, took some photos, was still dark when I set out, but 10 miles later it was light!

A cold 13 miles, seeing all the normal people walking by dressed up in coats and scarves didn't make me feel any warmer either.
