Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

That man from March
Mine was a billy no mates run. Not many turned up for the club session and I was the only one in my time group :( Plenty of coins found, 1 bug squished and 1 garmin token found :)

Had a great run today, bit slippy underfoot but no wind. Felt great after it.

Interesting - did 10KM with the club after spending the afternoon driking half a bottle of red wine and a vodka red bull at my work lunchtime Christmas bash - not to mention a vaery large lunch! Apart from serious indigestion issues I enjoyed my run!

Rubbish. Short run to see if there was any pain in my foot: there was. And it was raining.

Ho Ho Hohum
A little bit mental, Southern end of the Long Mynd, started in beautiful sunshine on snow, not too hilly to start, then a decent & not too steep climb, follwed by a good descent. Then up a reentrant onto the top, zig zagging and using hands to climb. following sheep trods. Then, cor bliimey, the snow came down well heavy. actually pleased to be dressed like an eskimo. Couldn't see far but know the route well, Black Knoll was actually white today. Then cracking descent down to green fields.
