Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Lovely run with the Joseph Pearce jogging club, the sky turned pink with dark thunderous clouds as we arrived at the shore. Ran approx 5 miles, trying not to over do it before the Glasgow half.

Ran home from work (4.2 miles) as bike needs attention. It was the usual contrast between country churches by the river at the start slowly turning to industrial units and gas storage, litter, I was surprisingly quick though, pity I didn't realise the garmin hadn't picked up a signal before I set off.

5.5 miles progressive run in 41:37. Really pleased with that. Great end to my best training month for at least a year :)
