Fab 12.5 in 1.50 felt really strong today the weather is nice and cool and little if any breeze usual run around the quite country lanes with only the occasional horse or tractor to make way for ..last time in double figures before Bristol half..oh and stopped after 3 miles as I felt very uncomfortable I realised my shorts were on back to front and my arse must have been hanging lol..

Painful but good. Rode 13.18 in 47.57 before hand....not bad for really as i rarely ride and am only doing so due to my recovering broken ankle...quite pleased really.

Easy(ish) 3.5 miles jogging with no walk breaks - started running again two weeks ago - so fairly chuffed!

Started out as a functiional run to get from home to the dentist, at a nice slow pace over the hill. Then took a slightly exagerated route home, very slow pace, medium gradients, some really overgrown footpath (nettles and brambles). Most enjoyable.

Christened my shiny new Garmin 305 on a regular route.
Is that only 5.9 miles?
Does 7:45 min/mile feel that hard?
Hmmm, some hard work required...

Six miles with four in the middle at a surprisingly brisk tempo pace.

it was ok....until i had to stop for shin splints twice. Loosened shoe laces and gave my shin a good massage then it was alright.
