Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

6.4 miles - was meant to be a slower recovery run after yesterday's 20 miler but my legs felt fine so I ran it a bit more quickly than planned :)

7 miles. A bit warm but it was painless enough.

10 mile, easy pace. Went up and down a grassy hill but didn't stop to admire the view. Something missing from the energy levels, that'd be giving blood a few days ago.
Today's run was made more interesting by the black and white obstacle course in the city - it would appear that Newcastle United are playing this afternoon...

Seemed to take a long time to warm up { like 40 mins ! } Very windy and against me on the way back. Stupidly forgot it was Weybourne '' fun day '', not fun for me as there were loads of f*ckwit drivers who tried to run me over. So a quite aggressive 1 hour 46 mins with lots of 'hand signals' to the car drivers'.

Nice slow 10 mile run chatting to one of the club's faster runner as we ran with some of the slower club runners practising for the Great Eastern half in October.
