Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

somewhat of a cracker. Went slower than normal (intentionally) round the local fields, and hill, then did another local hill. Just enjoying being out on the hills. Momentarily got stuck at a farm where the farmer has put a cattle feeder right at the entrance to the field and across the footpath. sussed out that the cattle were softies and shooed them away, then carried on. Cracking :-)

Last long run before the GNR and beat my half marathon PB by 2 mins. Made all the more impressive by the fact that I set my PB on a flat course, and today's route had hills, stiles, gates and pauses while waiting to cross the road. And my legs were tired from a long bike ride yesterday. Going to be spending the rest of bank holiday Sunday with a big grin on my face. :-)

3 miles at half mara pace - found it tough today, hope it gets better over the next 7 weeks.
