Quick 3m round the outskirts of the village with my son. I had stomach-ache and son gave up after 1m due to "heavy legs" so not great, really but still glad I got out. Must do long run at weekend to get weeks total up to target.

Soggy 7 miler. Took it fairly steady after a fast 7.5 with club last night.

Yesterdays run was cut short due to unfriendly cattle. But still a good run.
The rest of the herd ran for it into the gateway that I wanted to go through. Then a rather large cow at the back doing guard duty, decided to head me off. Rather than test out if I could actually shoo it away, I decided to try to go wide round the herd and over a gate, but the big cow decided to chase me down, so I bravely ran away in the other direction (the way I came).

Really sweaty. It was so humid and I was boiling hot and horrid. Pace was good though.

Hohum, you are brave to go anything near the scary blighters. I am very cow-phobic! Surprisingly a good run for me today. Been nursing a few niggles this week but run ended up totally painfree & enjoyable. Peeing it down though which was actually rather nice
