Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Horrid tummy cramps half way round necessitating emergency pit stop then much better. Lovely route and nice scenery, though.

10 miles on the SDW. Felt surprisingly spritely seeing as I managed about 5hrs sleep and the 7 miler yesterday. Spritely until mile 6 that is! Oooooh the last few were a bit tough.

My LSR was neither long nor slow enough today. I met a nice bloke who is in training for an Ironman in Austria. We might have pushed each other a bit too much for slightly too long. I hope he made it home okay.

Really enjoyable 6 miles in 44 minutes - fastest I've done in ages. Ultra training is slowing me down!

Tonights run was a slight deviation of my current favourite route. not too hot as the heat has gone out of the day, but in lovely sunshine. I really did have to get out for a run as I've had a heavy weekend with rellies on the beer :-)
