Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Nice and steady along the banks of the mighty riverLeam and round Newbold Comyn golf course, lots of dogs, not many runners.

Wish I lived a bit nearer to Leamington sometimes - I always think that Newbold Comyn looks like a nice place to run round when I go to parkrun or run the Regency 10K.

Eight and a bit miles - furthest I've been since last November and faster pace than any of my more recent shorter runs. Dunno what's going on but I hope it's my mojo returning in time for next week's 10k :-)

A very enjoyable bimble around bits of Ruchmond Park with some people from running club. We rebelled and firmed a splinter group, bunked off a pace judgement session ;)

At last! About 3 weeks without a proper run due to strained calf, tentatively had a go this morning and it was OK! All I have to do know is lose the weight, get back the speed build up the stamina.......
