Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hard work because I ran last night too and my legs aren't used to running on consecutive days. Lovely evening though and I had company for a change - very pleasant 4.5 miles :0

Hard work for me too - I cycled to and from work today, and then ran 8 miles this evening. It was nice though, ran along the Crane River nature reserve.

Muddy and with 1100 feet of climbing on the North Downs at Trosley Park. Just beautiful.

Got the train to Blackwater, then ran back to Wokingham along mostly wooded country trails. Sunny and humid. 12.4 km in total, not so far as it looks on the map. Makes a change to go point to point instead of doing a loop.
