Slow, quick, slow - no, not Come Dancing but a 4.5 mile tempo run in the puddles. First outing this year for the wicking fleece too - bit cold and windy this morning

Rubbish!!!! Big stitch whenever I went down hill - sure its connected to too much vino the night be4. had to stop and walk at one point. Never enjoyed running up hill so much before.
also the wind - that's the worst weather have run in for ages - almost quite nice here now though!

I love a good windy run.
Debating if I should go for run or do max HR test on turbo, most probably will go for turbo due to lack of time.

Had a fantastic run toady. My 1st sine Coniston Trail race just short of 3 weeks ago. Did 5.5 miles in 37mins 30secs and it was flipping great. Ive been itching to run since Coniston but needed a break. Good to be back tho.
I might even keep up a training log now............................maybe
