Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Beautiful morning run out through Fulbourne and the Wilbrahams. The last drag down Airport Way into Cherry Hinton was an absolute sod though. Happy to have completed my longest run in both distance and duration to date.

Kilomathon done and dusted 2.18.16. A PB for me, 8 minutes faster than last year. Loved it from start to finish, sub split and last three miles were the fastest of the lot. I'm a happy chappy today

It was fab today, finally got to do my 20 miler and it was in glorious sunshine :-)
Took it nice and gentle and pleased to get a nice steady 8.34 min/mile pace = 2hr 51 mins.

I ran the Bolton 10km today in 51:38 (chip time) - my first 10km so it is a PB am well pleased! Underestimated how hard a 10km would be, am used to 5km. 1st half I went too fast, 2nd half was very hard and it all fell apart a bit on a hill. Really enjoyed the weather and the lovely scenery around Leverhulme Park. Big thanks to Bolton United Harriers and AC for organising it and for the students from the University of Bolton for the sports massage and to Tali and Maya for coming along and supporting me! :):):):):):):):):)

Rich, I always find that Airport Way stretch tedious as hell.

7.6 mile longish run for me. Reasonably brisk for a comfortable heart rate.

A planned 12 miler became 16 tonight. A bit of a surprise really, albeit a nice one! :-)

Not bad - I'm trying to get used to running on legs that I've partially fatigued in the gym in the morning
