Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

How was your run today?

3 miles up and down a road as the pavements and trails of South Yorks are still way too icy. Bah humbug. :-P

18 months ago i first went for a run and managed just 15 minutes and nearly collapsed. Today I ran the furthest I have ever today 15 miles it might seem nothing to a few but to me its a huge pat on the back. I felt i could go on for longer but ran out of bloody water but that never spoilt a fantastic run :)

Snow, ice, sub zero temp and the after effects of a boozy overindulgent xmas day and only 6.5 miles to do for my 500 miles in 2010, yay me. :)
