Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Lovely and warm on the treaddie at the gym.
My blimmin' annoying cough seems to have returned - if only slightly - so I thought it best to stay inside this afternoon.
Ooooh - and it took me to 1000 miles for 2010 too!

Quite a cracker really. Crap day at work and in general, then got out for a run on the local hill, back to normal with no one about, just animal tracks in the snow, and a few human tracks. nice.

4 miles up to & along the lakeside - 2 of those miles were like running on a glacier with the big thaw on.

i ran on the ice in the dark & wouldn't recommend it Swittle !!
