Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

For those without access to such things this will sound awful, but it was really nice to not have to run on the beach for a change!

Aimed to do 13 miles on country roads with Union this morning. At about 8 I realised I hadn't put on nipple protection (ouch) so detoured for home, at 9.5, slapped on the Vaseline (other nipple protection is available) then back out for another 3.

All good stuff, except the bit about the nips of course.

Out with a friend tonight in the dark for a slow 6 miles.
Those 6 mikles meant that for the first time ever since I started running in September 2009, I have run my first 100 mile month.

Just finished another couple of hours on the treadmill - it's hard to fit in the long runs during the school holidays, it seems. Had a good run, watched most of The English Patient - another long film I chose for my LSR!

3 miles, nothing speedy but getting back into this after a long injury, having to force myself to take it slowly.
