Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

(((Siouxsie))) - what's happened to you?

I've just been for a very slow 4.3 miles recovery run, loved it :-)

I managed my first run in 8 weeks...I couldnt help it I woke up it was raining (I love running in the rain) I went out for the smallest run (2 miles) but it felt out of this world. I will build back up to 16 milers.....I will try to be sensible.

((((Siouxsie)))) Here's some hugs !!

Well done Max! Felt good to be back out there, right ? :)

Ventured back out on the roads tonight, thought I'd better get some road miles under my belt, as the last month has just been on grass. Went well :)

6.5 miles in the drizzle at a nice slow pace. Was meant to be shorter because my knees are feeling a bit creaky after their reintroduction to roads, but I got lost :)

Wow - page 3 for this thread. Nobody been out?!

Just done 30mins on the treadmill - hill session. It's a really good workout, fairly easy at first but then kicks into 1min high gradient, 1 min lower, with the higher bit getting steeper each time. Pace was 11.5kmh.
