(((Siouxsie))) - what's happened to you?
I've just been for a very slow 4.3 miles recovery run, loved it

I managed my first run in 8 weeks...I couldnt help it I woke up it was raining (I love running in the rain) I went out for the smallest run (2 miles) but it felt out of this world. I will build back up to 16 milers.....I will try to be sensible.

((((Siouxsie)))) Here's some hugs !!
Well done Max! Felt good to be back out there, right ?
Ventured back out on the roads tonight, thought I'd better get some road miles under my belt, as the last month has just been on grass. Went well
"Jigs's is on the road again !!"

6.5 miles in the drizzle at a nice slow pace. Was meant to be shorter because my knees are feeling a bit creaky after their reintroduction to roads, but I got lost

Wow - page 3 for this thread. Nobody been out?!
Just done 30mins on the treadmill - hill session. It's a really good workout, fairly easy at first but then kicks into 1min high gradient, 1 min lower, with the higher bit getting steeper each time. Pace was 11.5kmh.
