ran home faster than usual (people from work were watching). Peeped at by 2 drivers I know, one of them offered me a lift either home or to the pub! (Others are there watching fitba y'see). Declined both with thanks.

Contemplative. First one back from a hamstring injury. Hamstring sore for first 10 minutes then eased off to a dull ache. Contemplating my chances of returning to the mileage build up for the Cardiff Half in October.
