8 miles this evening, felt really tired & hungry after 5. Bit of a struggle in the end but didn't walk so reasonably happy.
Hopefully better tomorrow.

Goodish, but slightly solitary. I got my coach's running schedule wrong by a week, and went to completely the wrong park. Doh!

A good run and my heart behaved itself. Still niggly pain but otherwise OK. Oh, and Fizz's hip is improving all the time.

Very much better than yesterday. Yesterday, the 2 x 2K on the treadmill made me wonder if my legs had forgotten how to run (after just 16 days no running because of minor injury). Had lots of aches, pains and niggles whilst doing them, Knees gave me grief throughout oday.
Strapped up one knee but did manage 3 x 2k runs on the treadmill tonight and much more niggle free.
Rest day tomorrow and will give the legs another working over on Friday.

Just 5 miles but it was brilliant to get out again after 8 days off with back problems :):)

12k, in an hour on the treadmill. Like more speed/intensity but wasn't in the mood. So a jog's better than nothing. Good dance anthems on at the gym

Speedwork for me today.
Hard and for some reason I got a blister on my little toe but it needed to be done.
