Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

4 miles this morning as I overslept. Think i was going tohave a rest day anyway ;)

Under 9min miles today, first session since Sundays race where I have put that little bit ore effort in, but it didn't feel like it. Must have been the go-faster hi-vis vest.

Gobi, I was just wondering about reps and intensity. Bearing in mind I have a 10K on Sunday, what would you advise?

Wet and 'orrible. I know everyone's different, but I find it very difficult to see how anyone can enjoy running in that...

whereas I can easily see how it is enjoyable to run in glorious sunshine, whatever the temperature (above 20 degrees C).

At this rate, I may be doing a few of my taper runs on the treadmill.
