Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Last night, amazing run, could have carried out ages, but noticed it was getting late and I hadn't eaten, or watched Nurse Jackie...

Extremely hilly but rather good fun with a large dollop of mud thrown in for good measure.

Preparation for the Forfar multiterrain half. Can't say that it went well though.

first treadmill run in years - good though as it was at lunchtime from work, really breaks up the day nicely :)

Todays run was mostly flat with a little hill at about the half way point, a nice steady pace, though a little bit faster than I'm used to. The route was quite a bit of flat road, a bit of decent track, a bit of cross country and a short, steep, rocky descent. Still despite the road bit it did cheer me up :-)
